Materials:
Nylon/cordura – fabrics are durable and resistant to abrasion, tears and scuffs. This material is mostly used for military and extended outdoor equipment. All our materials are 100 % waterproof .
Hypalon – is an extremely durable and waterproof performance elastomer utilized in products designed for extreme use, such as whitewater rafts, military SEAL boats, containment suits and other outdoor equipment. The material is a very versatile polyethylene (CSPE) synthetic rubber (CSM) noted for its resistance to chemicals, temperature extremes and ultraviolet light.
Our bags are made up of separate layers: the exterior is made of high-strength Hypalon, Nylon and PVC reinforcements that maintain the shape of the bag even when empty and the inner bag made of coated Nylon, welded seams, 100% waterproof. The inner layer is removable and can be hand washed.
The roll closure is a simple, effective and highly versatile means of keeping the inside separate from the outside. It is completely dustproof and protects the contents of Trails Bags against spray water from all directions.
